Palo santo is a sacred holy wood and like sage, is burned for smudging. Commonly used by Shamans, saints, and those seeking a stronger spiritual connection with the world to protect, experience, and heal. It has an earthy minty lemon scent and can be fake and unethically sourced so know your source.
Instructions - burn one end, keep windows open, with intent cleanse by wafting the smoke around the area to be cleansed. Say a prayer if need be or instruct negativity to leave your space.
