Shipping Policy

Orders are usually despatched on a Wednesday or Thursday each week. Please allow for time for crystals to be wrapped and secured for safe delivery. 

All orders under 2kg are sent via Royal Mail Second Class Recorded Delivery, and usually arrive within three working days of dispatch.

Large letters and small parcels under 2kg are for Royal Mail signed for second class: £4.45

Small to medium parcels over 2kg will be courier delivery: £9.

Shipping costs are to be checked thoroughly at time of checkout by yourself.

Shipping times may vary based on your location, but please allow up to 14 working days.

Please note that you are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost deliveries if the shipping address provided is incorrect. Also if you do not arrange redelivery with your postal office. Refunds are not accepted at present so please purchase with confidence.
